We act on complete notices promptly: the video leaves HypeChart, our copy is deleted and later updates skip it. We tell the creator.
Removed by mistake? Email a counter notice to labs@hypechart.app. We pass it on and restore the video in 10 to 14 business days unless the filer goes to court.
Creators removed for infringement more than once are off the chart for good. A false notice can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. 512(f)).
